Canton-Galva is a small rural school located in the heart of Kansas. We serve students grades (Pre-K ) - 12 grade. Our grade levels range in size from 28-35 students with an average class size of 14-18 students. The staff at Canton-Galva are a mix of youth and experience but all are hard working, caring individuals who do what is best for the students. They are willing to spend the time and energy that it requires to help students learn. The various committes that teachers serve on are very active and responsible for the success of the students. Both communities are great places to raise children. Our location serves us very well. We are only a short drive to McPherson, Salina, Wichita, Hutchinson, Emporia, Manhattan and only 2.5 hours from Kansas City. The lakes, campgrounds, golf courses, theaters and shopping areas all within a short distance. Hunting,fishing, and other recreational acitivities are available for those who wish to participate.
