Job Description:

The NCKSEC anticipates a full-time position for an interrelated resouce special education teacher for the 2010-2011 school year.  The successful candidate will be assigned teaching duties within two districts in the Rooks county portion of the NCKSEC with mileage reimbursement for travel between the assigned schools.  The specific grade level assignments for this proposed position have not be finalized.  Both elementary and secondary level teachers are encouraged to apply. 

Tuition assistance is avaiable for a candidate hired without the Adaptive Special Education endorsement, however preference will be given to qualified applicants who hold the Adaptive Special Education endorsement. 



Salary:

Located in north central and northwest Kansas the NCKSEC Interlocal #636 is made up of 12 rural school districts.  These 12 districts educate approximately 4000 students of which 800 receive special education services.
