Virtual Career Fair |
The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Program hosts periodic virtual career events for individuals interested in learning more about teaching in Kansas. These events take place in Second Life, a 3D virtual world that you can create a free account to use. The events are very similar to traditional career fairs with district booths and potential candidates walking through to learn more about job opportunities. In addition, in world training sessions can be available if needed to provide you with the necessary skills to participate successfully. Free statewide career service for potential educators and administrators interested in working in Kansas schools has been cancelled due to low recruiter turnout. If you have registered to participate, KEEB staff will contact you with further details.

Job Seekers Registered Job Seekers are given 1 hour blocks of time that you can access the career fair for free. This will allow you time to meet and talk with representatives from participating school districts. To register for the career fair Email Support and request registration information.
